Job Advert – Parish clerk – from July 2019

Starting Salary LC2 £27,905-£31,371 / rising to LC2 £32,029- £34,788
Pro-rata – 21 hours per week plus contributory pension scheme

Wickersley Parish Council requires an enthusiastic Parish Clerk to deliver an exceptional administrative/financial service to its 16 Parish Councillors and the wider community.

As management and accountancy play a big role in the Clerk’s duties, applicants should bring with them some robust practical relevant experience of both. Applicants should either hold the Chartered Institute of Local Council Clerk Qualification (CILCA) or be able to commence studies soon after appointment.
