General Data Protection Regulations
Wickersley Parish Council recognises it's responsibility to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
The act and regulation regulate the use of personal data, this does not have to be sensitive data, it can be as little as a name and address.
At the Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting on 25th June 2018 , the following Privacy Policy was ratified by the Parish Council to ensure the Council fulfils the requirements of the 2018 General Data Protection Regulations.
